  Went to my appt with Dr. Lucarelli today and he had the afternoon off yet I had an appt! I needed refills and they refused to contact him or ask another dr. to write them for me. Wanted me to come back the next day...sure! Once before I was kept waiting 4 hours and never seen. Then they did not want to credit my account for the co-pay. Also when I had a detached retina over a weekend I called and was told to go to the ER. I called the ER and they said there was nothing they could do and that my doctor should find a retinal doctor to see me. At my first visit he wanted me to see a neuro, gyn and have an ultrasound even though I explained that my insurance would not pay for those appts and he was pissy when I did not make the appts. The staff seems totally inept at during their jobs especially the receptionist. I asked for my medical records and she refused to speak to me so I had to call the police involved to get my records. A horrible office.

  Dr Lucrelli is the best Dr in this area. He has always been very focused on mine and my husband’s conditions every time we have seen him. He listens carefully to our concerns and does everything necessary to ensure we get the care we need to maintain our health. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. I highly recommend Dr Lucarelli and his staff.
